This 4th floor plan shows you exactly what to expect in terms of layout and space. Two very spacious bedrooms
isolated from each other by clothing closets and bathrooms - but doubling as offices now that we are working from home.
The master bedroom and balcony are east facing (Intracoastal Waterway) and the guest bedroom is west facing (Gulf of
Mexico). The ensuite bathroom contains a bath plus shower and toilet, the guest bath has a shower and toilet.
The kitchen contains a washer and dryer, side by side freezer/fridge with ice maker and chilled water, a ceramic hob
and oven/grill, microwave, and of course a dishwasher. The hot water heating is a beefy 5.5kw to ensure rapid reheat
after bath/shower usage. And we've recently added a large water softener to overcome the really hard water served up
by Florida - it's great now!
There are elevators to all floors and of course stairways if you feel like a minor work out of three flights.
